So I bought Sandinista! and Rock Art and the X Ray Style yesterday at the record shop because I couldn't find them for download and the clerk and I had a lovely, if hurried, conversation about Joe Strummer. (The Clash's self titled debut always makes me laugh because it sounds almost nothing like the band that became popular and influential. I've heard it described as their only "real" punk rock album. Just something to think about musically. I continue to binge on the Clash ( Read more... )
